陜西省國家地下水監(jiān)測工程總投資7005萬元，項目建設工期三年（2015-2017年），計劃新建改建地下水監(jiān)測站558處。根據水利部統(tǒng)一安排，陜西省地下水管理監(jiān)測局組建了項目建設辦公室，按時完成了項目初步設計。

陜西省水利廳要求各級各單位要增強搞好項目建設的使命感和責任感，嚴格落實責任，加強溝通協(xié)作，強化項目管理，保證施工進度，全力推動項目建設。在項目實施過程中一方面要按照總體進度要求，加大人員和設備投入，倒排工期、掛圖作戰(zhàn)，確保工程任務如期完成，另一方面要嚴格標準、嚴格程序，加強質量管理，精心組織、文明施工，又快又好完成工程建設任務，努力把國家地下水監(jiān)測工程建設成為優(yōu)良工程和樣板工程，為全面完成陜西省項目建設任務奠定良好基礎，并創(chuàng)造經驗。
